The Great Inflatable Race

To finish the school year, Chadron Primary School had the Great Inflatable Race which was so much fun!  Students were able to bring in change or donations and choose which of our selected staff members got to wear which inflatable.  Students raised close to $300 all of which goes to our PBIS program and rewards for student success.  This year we had Ms. Kasey, Mrs. Hageman, Mrs. Vander May, and Mr. Fred who were great sports to join in the racing fun!!  Thank you to all of the families and staff members who contributed to this worthwhile cause and have some fun to kick off summer!

On Wednesday May 7th the theme was Thanks for making our students “Smart Cookies.” Teachers and staff enjoyed cookies and sweet treats brought in again from families. On Thursday May 8th students brought cards or drew pictures for their teachers or staff members expressing their appreciation. Then to end the week on Friday May 9th students gave verbal compliments to their teachers and staff members so they were able to feel the LOVE!! Incoming Kindergarten Bump Up Day ~ Friday, May 2, 2025

This Friday (5/2) we will NOT have our current Kindergarten students attend school; this is the day we will have our Incoming Kindergarten Bump Up Day.  Any incoming Kindergarten students will attend school from 9am-11am.  We will have sign up tables out near the flag pole and we will get students tags and make sure we have parent contact information.  We will dismiss on our playground on the painted lines for Kindergarten near the flag pole entrance to the playground.  Please do not park in the rear or middle school parking lots as those are for staff only.  First and Second grade students will have a regular day with our early dismissal still set.  The two following weeks will allow for our first and second grade students to see next year's classrooms.  We look forward to meeting our incoming kindergarten students!

Chadron Public Schools will not have school Tuesday, February 18. The frigid temperatures and possibility of snow all day was considered in this decision. No school means no activities and buildings closed.
