THANK YOU MAIN STREET DENTAL!!!

Chadron Primary students are so fortunate to have community support like we have from Main Street Dental!!  Dr. Travis Lambert made a generous donation to assist children with their lunch funds.  We would like to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Lambert and his entire staff at Main Street Dental.  When you see him out and about town please extend your gratitude as well.  This donation was able to help so many of our students get seconds at lunch or clear unpaid lunch balances for children who may need assistance.  Again, we cannot thank you enough Dr. Lambert!!

First Grade Art Work

Mrs. Ferguson's First Grade students created some wonderful pictures of a farmer with a hay rack.  They had an example; however,  this was all done free handed.  Such creative work from these hard working first graders.

Cardinals Committed Visit Again

Chadron Primary students were treated to a visit from Cardinals Committed softball players.  The players took time out of their lunch hour to come have lunch and visit with our students.  The little Cardinals want to wish our softball girls GOOD LUCK at districts which are hosted here in Chadron today (10/5) and tomorrow (10/6).  We hope families can go and support our Cardinals.

Battle of the Box Tops!!!

Chadron Primary School will have a contest to help collect Box Tops for Education. We will do two contest one in the fall and one in the spring.  The Battle of the Box Tops will run from Oct. 2nd through Oct. 26th.. The classroom that collects the most Box Tops during this time period will earn a Pizza Party.

Regular Box Tops: Bundle these into groups of 50 using rubber bands, envelopes or baggies. Label each bundle with "50" on the outside. If you do not have “50” please count and label the outside of bag with the quantity and your child's teacher’s name.
Bonus certificates: Bundle all of your bonus certificates together, making sure none of them are attached to collection sheets.
Check your collection sheets: Make sure Box Tops are only glued or taped to the collection sheets, not stapled.

Box Tops are different from Campbell's Labels for Education. We do not collect the Campbell's Labels for Education. Box Tops are worth 10 cents each. Campbell’s Labels for Education are worth points, where you earn merchandise.

We will send home new collection sheets for you and your student to attach Box Tops.  When you have completed a collection sheet, simply return it to school with your child’s name and teacher’s name.  If you need additional sheets, please let your child’s teacher know.

Last year 2016/2017 Battle of the Box Tops we collected $1,107.30 in Box Tops. We used the money to purchase playground balls and hula hoops for the 2017-2018 school year. Thank you for all your hard work.
